2 More Relationship Marketing Projects

Relationship Marketing (Buyer Clubs)

In powerpoint:

1) Select 3 stores/retail outlets/hotels/companies that you or your family frequently visit or make purchases.

2) Do you or your family belong to their "club" for regular customers?

3) If they are part of the program, what is the "club" called? What benefits do they offer?

4) If they are not part of the program, do they have a "club"?

5) Do you or your family have a credit card associated with these stores (ect)? What benefits does having the credit card offer you or your family?


45 point project.

Definately add logos/pics to the project.
 
 
 

For three of the following, create a plan to attract customers at the first level of the relationship marketing continuum (price) and move them to the next level with social interactions.

a. amusement park or theme park
b. health spa
c. manufactures of snowmobiles
d. manufacturer of cell phones


Also, create a plan win back fans to NHL Hockey or NBA Basketball after their lockouts.  Remember to use relationship marketing tactics.


Use powerpoint for both projects. Use pictures and creativity.
