In powerpoint:
1)Consider two customer service experiences you have had in the past few months or so. Was it positive or negative? Describe your experience and discuss how the firm might improve it's customer service; even if it is already a positive.
2) Find a product that is in each of the 4 stages of the product life cycle (1 product in introduction, 1 product in growth, 1 product in maturity, and 1 in decline) . Tell me about the product, what it does and why you feel it is in that stage.
3) Pick a company. Tell me about the company's PRODUCT WIDTH, PRODUCT LENGTH, PRODUCT DEPTH.
Timeline of events for the next 14 days:
- Tuesday (22nd), will receive a packet for Product and Service Strategies
- Friday (25th), check projects
- Monday (28th), quiz
- Thursday (1st) TEST on Product and Service Strategies
