Quiz Tomorrow (2/6) Consumer Decision Making Process

Here is what you should know:

Define CONSUMER BEHAVIOR.
What are the CORE VALUES of US Culture (there are 4)?
What are examples of types of social influences.
Name the 4 roles of spouses, briefly DESCRIBE each one.
What are ways that a marketer can change a customer’s attitude?
What is the consumer decision making process?  Describe each step.
What is a routinized response behavior?
What is Limited Problem Solving?
What is Extended problem solving?
What is cognitive dissonance?
What is an “evoked” set?

 
Projects will be checked on Friday.  Test on Consumer Behavior/Decision Making will be Thursday, February 13.
